Koghan Yoga
Koghan - “Gha” Refers to the energy centers of the body of which there are 9 major zones. “Koghan” refers to the process or mechanics of generating that energy through the zones in the body.
Koghan is the critical alignment & breath technique to generate psychic meditation currents through the body, used in all of our yoga systems.

What is Koghan
KOGHAN – KO or mechanics, Gha or energy center
The Koghan system is a way of generating, transmitting. and storing the life force energy. These psychic currents are generated through the body with specific alignment and pathways with the breath. this prana enlivens the energy centers of the body and the mind.
An interpretation of the term Koghan, Gha means energy center, Koghan means the process of generating energy through the energy centers. Koghan is similar to pranayama being that prana is the life force and pranayama means the mechanisms of generating the life force.
Koghan has nine major energy zones like the Crown Chakra, the Third Eye, etc. and other minor energy zones such as the palms of the hands to generate reiki, soles of the feet, into the fingers for Mudras. The Gha energy zones 1 through 6, in the diagram of the zones, relate to the chakras, with the exception of the heart and solar plexus being combined which makes 6 energy centers or Chakras instead of 7.
The 3 main alignment zones in the Spine, Zones 7, 8, and 9.
These form 3 tringles, the first triangle is formed by zone 7, the root of these triangles being located on the spine in the lower back, zone 8 is located in between the shoulder blades, and zone 9 is in the neck and the base of the skull which connects the brain to the body. Zone 7 triangle incorporates the Bandhas at the base of the spine, the Root Bandha and the Abdominal Bandha or lock generate energy. [formed by zones 7, 5 and 6.]

This will raise the energy up to the second triangle created by zone 8 to generate energy into the Solar plexus and heart and into the throat chakra for expression of love as well as into the hands for healing. [formed by zones 8, 4, and 3.] This is then raised into the third and final triangle created by zone 9, generates the life force energy and consciousness into the Third eye to see things through the power of intuition and insight past, present, and future and into the Crown Chakra for enlightenment and Samadhi. [formed by zones 9, 2, and 1.]
