 Starting your morning program with meditation at 6 o’clock in the Yoga shala for free, this is a Bhakti Yoga Center as well.

We also have two large, infrared saunas, 

$5 per person for two or more people, 

$10 for the cold water plunge, $5 with the sauna.

 

We also offer Sound Healing Baths, Cacao ceremonies with Bribri Indians. Mary's Song Circle - Native American songs other songs - share your songs around the fire. Usually Thursday evenings at 3:30 - donation.

Other types of ceremonies are also available.

 

There are healing waterfalls in our pool, an herb garden, a license for alternative medicines,

We also have Inipi's, a.k.a. Native American Lodge, which is only done out of purity and prayer. Held in a totally traditional manner. Led by a veteran Sundancer and carrier of the sacred Chanupa. ​​
