Service Description
First one must learn the proper physics and posturing to generate the prana. It will have all the aspects of the other yoga systems. Dhanda, Hanthawaddy, Koghan, and Min Zin but the focus is on the mechanics -the proper physical posturing and alignment to generate energy through that posture. The tension of the rope when connecting from the hands and the feet travel through the spine with isometric dynamics. As we work with the rope or longi we are working muscles and nerves along the spine we can train the body how to generate the life force currents. The emphasis is on the 3 main Zones on the back of the spine, zone 7, 8, and 9, and how they generate through the body. For example; zone 7 utilizes the alignment of hips, knees, ankles. Zone 8 utilizes the alignment of shoulders, elbows, and wrists. Zone 9 alignment connects the energy generated from the breath and body into the higher realms of consciousness in third eye and crown chakra. As we train the muscles and nerves along the spine with the rope or longi we learn how to generate the exhale into the posture and how to absorb and digest the life force as we lengthen the spine on the inhale.
