Our 200-Hour Koghan Yoga Teacher Training offers a comprehensive, holistic approach to yoga, blending ancient traditions with modern practices. Students will learn to align energy centers, master full-body breathwork, and explore various yoga forms, including Dhanda Yoga, Hanthawaddy, and Pranayama.
