Events connected to the Koghan Yoga Center


I realize these yoga forms might stretch and use parts of my body I have rarely used before. I take full responsibility that I will not over-exert any posture and I will be aware of my body's own limitations and will not put myself in jeopardy of injury. If something does not feel right for any reason, I will immediately say something to the
instructor.

When working with a partner I will always be in communication to let them know how I am and I will always be asking my partner if they are all right.
Again these can be very difficult forms and advanced variations will be shown.
I am under no pressure to do any posture and if I do so it is at my own risk.
I will not hold Koghan Yoga Center Liable in any way.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY
AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY
WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND
MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
